Cookies
There are none. This page exists to say so precisely, and to explain why you were not shown a consent banner.

1. This site sets no cookies
No cookie is set by any page on wh1ter0se.dev, by the stylesheet, by the
script, or by either of the two server-side routes. None is set by
dl.wh1ter0se.dev, which serves the downloads. There are no analytics cookies,
no advertising cookies, no preference cookies and no session cookies, because there is
nothing on this site that would need one: no accounts, no carts, no settings to remember.
2. Why there is no consent banner
Consent requirements for cookies — the EU ePrivacy rules and the UK equivalent — are triggered by storing information on, or reading information from, your device. This site does neither. There is nothing to ask you to consent to.
A banner here would be worse than useless: it would ask permission for something that never happens, and it would train you to click through consent prompts without reading them. So there is not one.
One thing that deserves saying here rather than only on the other page: this site does record a row about every request it serves — your IP address, a salted hash of it, the page you asked for, your country and your user agent, kept for 30 days. That is not a cookie and it is not device storage. It happens on my server, from the request your browser had to send anyway, and nothing is written to or read from your machine, which is why the consent rules above are not what governs it. It is personal data all the same, so it is set out in full in Privacy instead of being left for you to find.
3. Other device storage
The same applies to everything cookie-adjacent. The site uses no localStorage,
no sessionStorage, no IndexedDB, no service worker and no cache API beyond the
ordinary HTTP caching your browser does for any website.
Your browser will cache the stylesheet, the script, the images and the font so the site loads faster next time. That is standard HTTP caching, it holds nothing about you, and you can clear it at any time from your browser.
4. Third parties
There are no third-party embeds on this site — no YouTube players, no social widgets, no comment systems, no hosted fonts, no CDN scripts. Every asset comes from this domain, including the one webfont, which is self-hosted for exactly this reason.
That means no third party can set a cookie through this site, because no third party is loaded by it. Links to other websites are ordinary links; if you follow one, you are on their site under their rules.
5. Check it yourself
You do not have to take my word for it. Open your browser’s developer tools, look at the Application or Storage panel for cookies and local storage, and look at the Network panel for the list of hosts contacted. You should find no cookies, no stored values, and no host other than this one.
What this check cannot show you is the server-side row described in Privacy. It is made on my side, not yours, so no panel in your browser will ever display it — which is precisely why this page is not the whole story on its own.
If you ever find otherwise, that is a bug and I want to know: wh1ter0seliveson@protonmail.com.
6. If that ever changes
If this site ever needs a cookie, this page will say what it is, what it does and how long it lasts, before the cookie is set — and if it is not strictly necessary, it will ask you first.
